ADDITIONAL CHARGES & TRAVEL

ADMIN FEE -   A non refundable $100 admin fee payment is required for ALL Wedding Bookings. This fee covers costs such as, but not limited to, administration time between Claudia and the client etc.

TRAVEL SERVICE - Travel fee is charged from either Awanui or Auckland (depending where we will be travelling from on your date). We travel by car - unless flights or ferries are required. POA. (Starts at $50 avg. $200). TRAVEL TO WAIHEKE ISLAND: Waiheke Island weddings have a flat rate travel service of $350 (+$100 if an additional artist is also required). In addition, pickup and drop off to/from the Waiheke Island Ferry terminal is required for all Waiheke Island bookings.

AFTER HOURS FEE: Bookings required after hours (before 7:00am) will incur an ‘after hours’ fee. Travel start time is included as part of the booking e.g if we have to start the trip to you at 6:45am, an after hours fee will be charged. Starts at $150

ADDITIONAL ARTIST FEE: If the booking is for more than 5 people, or time restricted - an additional artist may be required. Claudia will supply one of her professional assistants from her team of artists (subject to availability) and this service will be charged at an additional rate.

ACCOMODATION FEE: Accommodation may be required for one night when travel for 2 hours or more one way is required, or if there is an exceptionally early start that could otherwise impact the standard of our work. Accommodation Fee for one night is $300.00 (+$100 if an additional artist is also required) and shall not exceed this amount, where possible. We shall book any private accommodation required at our discretion. Full accomodation costs must be paid for with the initial booking fee and are non refundable.

FLIGHTS: If flights are required we shall book them at our discretion, at the your expense. Full flight costs must be paid for with the initial booking fee and are non refundable. Return Flights for the artist including a full makeup kit: we will book Air New Zealand FlexiREFUND fares (or equivalent) with two checked bags and travel insurance. PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE: 15% surcharge will apply to bookings on Public Holidays and during some holiday periods.

TO CONFIRM A BOOKING - A 25% non refundable booking fee payment is required to secure your booking and chosen date, which is deducted from your total invoice.

REMAINING BALANCE PAYMENT - The remaining balance payment must be paid on the due date in your Client Service Agreement. For weddings this is typically 3 weeks prior to the wedding date.
