POSTPONEMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY DURING COVID-19
I express my sympathy with my clients who are facing postponement or cancellation of their booking in the coming months, particularly my brides -
PLEASE SEE BELOW THE CURRENT UPDATES TO MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO POSTPONED OR CANCELLED BOOKINGS DURING THIS PERIOD OF COVID-19.
They will apply in addition to my full terms and conditions.
POSTPONEMENTSFor brides who’s original dates fell within March 2020 - July 2020 your booking is transferrable to a new date that falls on on before 31 August 2022, subject to date availability. I am able to make any payments you have made towards your original booking (including the non refundable booking fee) transferable to a new date.
Pricing has increased since 2020, and new rates will apply. In some cases, a transfer / administration fee may apply.
CANCELLATIONSIf you are not postponing and are cancelling your booking, then the standard cancellation policy will remain the same. My cancellation policy is detailed in my main Terms and Conditions on my website. Unfortunately, there are no exemptions to my cancellation policy for COVID-19 related cancellations. Please email me to confirm the cancellation of your booking.
As many of you will be currently experiencing yourself, COVID-19 is threatening the sustainability of small businesses, including those in the wedding and events industry.
The heavy financial and social impacts of this virus affects all of us personally, and in business. None of us are its creator. I intend for these policies to balance the concern for my clients with the need to continue to operate my business sustainably.
